Intrepid Bodies

Welcome to my podcast you guys! I'm back at it like I never left and the love for this really remains. I was so fortunate to sit back and relax with one of my dearest homegirls, Kenniese (@SpatialTherapy). On this premiere episode of "Intrepid Bodies" we chat about resilient bodies in action, some people who inspire us, and we tread into the landscape of the possibility within interior spaces. Can we be in a growing relationship with our homes? Are we, like furniture, modular and adaptable? Journey alongside of us as we discover and rediscover what "spatial therapy" is and how we can live in spaces that are evolving as we personally expand. Hope you enjoy listening half us much as I enjoyed recording. Peace.

What an honor it was to be featured as the first guest on Hoda Essa’s Intrepid Bodies podcast. Hoda is a truth-teller, a shape-shifter, writer, healer and educator. Her poetry is an explosive sensory tickling. Her ability to glide gracefully through layers of conversation is impressive to say the least. On this episode “we chat about resilient bodies in action, people who inspire us, and we tread into the landscape of the possibility within interior spaces. Can we be in a growing relationship with our homes? Are we, like furniture, modular and adaptable? Journey alongside of us as we discover and rediscover what "spatial therapy" is and how we can live in spaces that are evolving as we personally expand.” Enjoy :)
