Shedding

For new growth to breathe, we must clear the debris or in other words shed our dead skins. This involves not only cleansing and exfoliating the physical body; it also means sweeping floors, washing sheets, wiping surfaces, dumping trash, emptying ashtrays, pruning the plants, tending to the #homebody. This way we shake ourselves loose of the debris of the days as they pass, the debris of time. We free up some availability in our space so we can hold new visions.

Look how high the dried leaves piled up!! We mimic the banana trees and many other living beings. This visual represents our life as we grow and learn lessons. This step, release, cannot be skipped. This is how we freshen the palate of creation.
